We were able to hear noises from other rooms and flushed water from upper floors

Appreciated that the hotel moved us to a new room but unfortunately that room had issues too - used soap in the shower, no hot water, urine stains on the toilet. My sister was also at this hotel and her room had silly string on the comforter, dried glitter glue on the sheets and brown stains on the blanket on the pull-out couch. The front desk staff is very kind and seemed sincerely concerned but this was a very disappointing stay.

Joseph was very professional, and ensured everything met our expectations. The gym was perfect for us to get a workout, since we choose hotels with nice gyms. Great bed, and lovely hotel. Close to many amenities. If you like dining and a bit of casual shopping, this is a nice location.

Christian checked me in and he was the definition of a Superstar!!! The first 10 seconds of him greeting me I kid you not he made my Day 10x Better, He was so nice, welcoming and you can tell he actually cares about his job. That's rare in this world nowadays... Went to the lobby multiple times, he was always doing something productive and such a hard worker:) Asked him for a request and he Never took that smile off his face! This was Most definitely worth the price! Would pay double the price if I got that experience again:) Will Most Definitely Be Back Here!!!
