Please use extreme caution when booking here. Read the recent reviews about cleanliness.
We got a 2 queen bed suite, and had our 4 y/o and 1 y/o (who crawls everywhere).
First thing I did when I got into our room was just check the beds to make sure there weren't any friends. I learned very quickly that the mattress protector sheet doesn't even fit their mattresses and they were exposed. That's how I found this horrifying rusty brown stain on the mattress, which looked like they attempted to hide it by shoving that side down & against the night stand.
There was food crumbs scattered in pretty much every place imaginable, and TOENAILS all over the carpet. Nobody vacuumed the room before we got there. There were big clumps of hair, dirt and dust, white powders, and dead flies pretty much in every crevice of the room. There was a very much alive fly in our windowsill.
When you look at any wall in the bathroom, bedroom (like next to the night stand where the bedframes are), under the desk, and around the walkways, you'll find: multiple sticky liquid stains of varying colors (mostly white and brown), hardened boogers, and other unidentifiable stains.
The bathroom was just scary. Urine stains along the toilet, months of wet dust buildup, pink and black staining and buildup in the shower around the caulking (you can guess what that is...)
I am serious when I say this was a horrifying experience for me. I didn't immediately ask for a refund, but I should have. We went down to the front desk and ask that somebody come clean the room. Instead, we were given a different room. The person assisting us told us to come back down if this room was also dirty. Dude, the second room was actively worse than the first room. Why is there brown streaks of liquid(?) all over the bathroom door?! It was if neither of the rooms we were provided had been vacuumed or wiped down in WEEKS. This is not an over-exaggeration. I took 40 photos and one video of the rooms we were given. The second room was so stressful. My baby was crawling around in the first room trying to eat old food off the floor before I realized what was going on.
After being in the second room for a while and trying to calm down enough to figure out other hotels in the area on a holiday night, we went down and my husband asked for a refund. Both staff working were very nice the whole time (I highly doubt any of this is their fault, I'm sure they're aware of but unable to do anything about the disgusting and absolutely abysmal "effort" put into cleaning).
They said they had to request a refund and couldn't directly give it to us because I'm a Hilton loyalty member & booked through the app.
Still not sure if the refund will be processed, but that's the bare minimum here. I really wanted to just make people aware of what they could experience and highly suggest they search elsewhere. Also, to the owner, PLEASE prioritize cleaning the rooms. Close the hotel down and do a deep clean. This was such an absolutely mortifying experience and I am still cringing at the fact that both of these rooms had such an extreme level of filth.

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and this one was by far the most disappointing. The room was not clean at check-in dust on surfaces, debris in the corners, and it was obvious the maids barely took the time to do a proper job. For a place charging these prices, the standard should be much higher.
To make things worse, management was uncooperative and dismissive when I raised a concern about an unfair cleaning fee. The gentleman at the front desk was kind though, how ever the matter was out of his hands.

Location is good. Front desk staff nice.
Room had a few dirty spots but nothing horrible. Also the room has no safe which was a first. House keeping didn't come first day, so had to get some towels. The hott tub by the pool was out of service. Gym was okay but 1 of the treadmills was out. The breakfast price isn't worth it, plenty of close restaurants that are better to go to. No real perks of being Hilton gold.

The rooms have a weird layout. The ice machine on the fifth floor is broken you have to go to the fourth floor to get ice. You can’t watch tv because it’s always losing signal.
