Plenty of areas to charge our phones with various adapter options. Free hot breakfast. Microwave and fridge in the room with a wet bar. Pull out sofa sleeper Provided daily text for follow up on how our stay was Would stay here again Update not sure who was upstairs from us but they made loud banging sounds until late night ( after 11 pm) and early morning definitely triggered my migraine headache. I did report it on day #2 but nothing changed sadly . No housekeeping service on day -#2 as scheduled however front desk gladly accommodated extra towels / washcloths. Staff were friendly Microwave and fridge in the room was convenient Size of the room was spacious Overall clean and cozy and great location Wish we woulda requested to change rooms to have gotten better rest during our stay

I encourage management to take a closer look. Check the ceilings, observe the condition of the rooms, and walk through the property. It is dirty and not being properly cared for. The room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, reminiscent of feet or mold. When I raised this concern with the front desk, the staff acted as if it were an isolated issue, despite numerous online reviews citing the same complaint. No meaningful solution was offered. I also want to highlight the behavior of the female front desk manager. She was extremely rude and dismissive, and treated my concern as if I were lying, when all I asked for was a room change due to the odor. This attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have stayed at many Hilton properties, and this Hampton Inn falls significantly below brand standards. That is disappointing, as Hampton Inns are typically clean, reliable, and pleasant places to stay. Immediate steps that should be taken to address the issues at this property: Hire more competent housekeeping staff. Replace the current female front desk manager. Her behavior toward guests is unprofessional and confrontational. Investigate and resolve the persistent odor issues in guest rooms. Stop treating this as an isolated complaint. There is clear evidence from multiple reviews that this is an ongoing problem. The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Beyond that, serious improvements are needed to meet the standards expected of a Hilton-affiliated hotel.
