Have been staying here for years. But it's gotten bad over the years. Seems like every year a little more run down. Now charging $15 a night to park. Will never be back!

Public Men's bathroom mirrors look terrible. Water stained mirrors. Need to be replaced!

Heather in the Atrium restaurant made me feel taken care of while I was in town taking care of other people. It meant so much to me during a stressful week.

Generally seemed short staffed. Elevators dirty and had food and trash on the floors for hours. Old site needing a lot of work to measure up to normal E.S. experience. Stayed here on purpose for typically fabulous breakfast at all E.S. facilities. Instead, variety was lacking. Cold foods (milk for cereal in machine) was warm. Warm food (sausage links) were cold. Watched unattended child take an entire dinner plate of eggs from buffet and immediately dump them in the trash. Staff observed this and did nothing. Won't stay at this location again. I will travel across town and try one of the other Detroit area locations next time. Only plus was very friendly staff.

Let me start by saying my very first positive interaction was with Marc, and he set the tone for our entire visit. His kindness, patience, and willingness to answer all of our questions, with no hesitation or frustration, truly made us feel welcome. Because of him, my BFF and I decided to have an overnight staycation together. We’ve been friends for many years and hadn’t done something like that in a long time, so this visit was special. Marc’s intentional helpfulness played a big part in making it such a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful. Then came Patrice, and I remember saying, “How can lightning strike twice?” It’s rare to encounter two amazing employees who both make you feel like a valued guest. She was just as warm, professional, and attentive. I absolutely love the Embassy Suites. I hadn’t been there in years, and this visit truly exceeded our expectations. The customer service was top-notch, intentional, positive, and genuine. When I misplaced my keys, the staff immediately jumped into action to help me. It may seem like a small thing, but it spoke volumes about their care and professionalism. From the manager’s reception in the evening to the wonderful breakfast in the morning, everything was exceptional. Thank you again to the entire team — especially Marc and Patrice — for making our stay so memorable. I sincerely appreciate you all. 🌸
