    Front desk staff was quite literally the worst, most unprofessional I've ever seen. No mention of anything from the hotel, no mention of breakfast, no mention of elevators, never even mentioned the room number. Then comes the room, absolutely disgusting and filthy! This is my first time staying at a Tru by Hilton hotel and if this is what to expect it will absolutely be my last!

    Basically everything was as expected. Staff was helpful, rooms were clean, no major issues at all. Convenient location to get into downtown plus the surrounding areas. Was only about 40 minutes to sleeping bear, 30 min from old mission point. Food left something to be desired but such is the norm for hotel breakfast.

    Very nice place to stay for a short weekend. The staff was friendly and engaging. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Very minimalist. The only complaint I would have is no coffee maker in the room, and the breakfast options were less than we were expecting. Overall, a nice experience.

    Rooms are clean, service wonderful, coffee or tea anytime, staff was amazing and super friendly! Will definitely come again. Very pet friendly too. Location was central to everything.
