The front desk clerk Daniel was so nice and saved the day for us and our family in so many ways. We couldn't have been happier to have chosen this hotel.

Unfortunately, the main downside for me was the lack of a proper lounge area to spend time in. I wake up early and went to the lobby to read a book, but to my surprise, there was no dedicated lounge. The only available space was essentially the breakfast area, where the chairs were uncomfortable and there was no sofa to relax on.

She gave an explanation that hotel is short staffed, and there is a lot of rooms to clean. As if it was my problem... Next morning I spoke with manager. She was friendly and business like. But some bad feelings from the first encounter still lingered.
