First of all, it's a beautiful hotel in an awesome spot right on the bay with fantastic views. But the service there is incredible. The front desk clerk Daniel was so nice and saved the day for us and our family in so many ways. We couldn't have been happier to have chosen this hotel.

This is a standard hotel — one of those situations where you get what you pay for. Given the price I paid, I wasn’t expecting much. Unfortunately, the main downside for me was the lack of a proper lounge area to spend time in. I wake up early and went to the lobby to read a book, but to my surprise, there was no dedicated lounge. The only available space was essentially the breakfast area, where the chairs were uncomfortable and there was no sofa to relax on.

Valda was incredible. She directed our whole tour and was very accommodating of information and food at breakfast time. She’s quite knowledgeable of the area and I think she should be given a raise.

Excellent location. Just across the beach.
But there was a check in snafus. Room wasn't ready when promised and young lady at the reception wasn't very friendly. She gave an explanation that hotel is short staffed, and there is a lot of rooms to clean. As if it was my problem...
Next morning I spoke with manager. She was friendly and business like. But some bad feelings from the first encounter still lingered.
