  We spent the weekend here and had a wonderful time. The rooms were about what you'd expect for a Hilton (mid) and the pool wasn't the cleanest but what really set our stay apart was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Samantha at the front desk and Meli (I think that was her name) at the breakfast bar they treated us like family and were especially sweet to my children. We would come back again just to see them. If either of you are reading this don't ever change you are both wonderful women.

  I called Jamanda four days prior to staying there, hoping to get a room that didn’t stink like dog when I was really hoping she would understand my circumstances I even messaged Booking.com. I thought everything would be OK. I thought I would have a room that was deep cleaned when I got there like they said instead I got a room with yellow nasty pillows, I paid extra for my 10-year-old grandson to stay there and the linens for the pullout sofa were nasty. The sheets that went on the king size bed did not fit the fitted sheets and kept popping off. We stayed for an hour then left. I asked the lady to get me a room that didn’t smell like dog on the upper floors. She put me on the third floor and went and sprayed a whole bunch of air freshener in the room when you tell someone you have bad allergies, the air pressure is not gonna help the matter. Would never recommend staying at this motel. The people above sounded like a herd of elephants when I went down to the manager and told her we were leaving. She said oh well there’s no refund wasn’t looking for a refund, but will never ever ever stay at this motel again. It smells like dogs it smells like air freshener they try to mask the smell of the dirtiness with air freshener. Just can’t be done. In the air conditioner, cycled the whole time we were there on off on off on off on off on off it was real fun getting up in the middle of the night and driving three hours north in the middle of a snowstorm. Sometimes the manager should just listen to the people are staying in their establishment and try to accommodate them a little bit now I know why there was no one at that motel.

  Today is my first visit here and my check in was at 3pm and it is now 4:pm and I’m writing this from the lobby. I was told the room needed inspecting. I arrived 15min after my check in and was told they needed 15 min for “inspection”. The lobby is clean and the girl at the desk seems nice but it is very unfortunate and unprofessional to not have any answers for us as we wait with all our belongings in the lobby. No one has come to offer another room or even some reassurance. There is no one here in a managerial position to give any answers or help. I can not give a review of the room because I have yet to see it but the service that we are getting is sad. Update: my spouse sat here and wrote an email to the general manager and after 10 min, at 4:10, she came out the back and said she doesn’t know how any of this happened and and offered us snacks and drinks, then our room was ready at almost 4:30😒 nice hotel and nice staff just a rocky first time experience.
