Very clean all around, beds were comfy, large walk-in shower, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking close, pet friendly. We stayed one night to visit relatives. Loved the quaint Stevensville downtown.
- CWChristina WarnerDec 26, 20253.0I am an avid lover of the Hilton brand. I was not impressed with this stay. We made a trip to town to spend Christmas with family. I called in advance to make sure the pool was in working order and was told it was good. I asked about an early check in and was surprised to hear of a $20 an hour fee. I've never experienced that at a Hilton. When we arrived to check in it was during shift change, one of the employees behind the counter was clearly intoxicated and reeked of whiskey. We reserved and were given a 2 queen room. Come to find out the mattresses on the frames arent queen and are full size, so you will constantly be hitting your knees on the frames. We got on our swim gear to take advantage of the amenities and the pool was ICE COLD. I mean freezing. When we asked the front desk they said the heater was not working and it would take 4-5 hours for the pool to be heated to temperature but, it would immediately get cold again. The hot breakfast was average at best and we ended up stopping elsewhere to get food. At checkout we spoke of our complaints and were told the general manager would be calling. I've yet to hear from them in any fashion. I will not be back to this location unfortunately.
