The property is spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. James at the front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive from the very beginning. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, showing a level of thoughtfulness and courtesy that is increasingly rare. Small, considerate gestures like his made my stay even more comfortable and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the evening without any inconvenience. Overall, this is a clean, enjoyable hotel with outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

Also, James has worked the front desk during my multiple stays in Saline and he is always super friendly, helpful and just a genuinely kind person and that type of elite customer service should be rewarded.

Breakfast cook was nice so was the late shift staff after they find out all my information. I was treated like I was doing something wrong until just four days ago. While also being told by day shift we are chill guests.
