The Spirit of Christmas was there in the lobby...it was bright, decorative, accommodating w/ Joy....Everyone there welcomed us w/ pleasure...My drinking container fell by my holding too many items,...spilled all my complementary Green Tea that I loved,...in 13 seconds there was an employee behind the counter, w/a mop to dry the area already...I will consider this hotel next time I'm in the area for business.. Greatness works there.
