I was given a first-floor accessible room directly across from the laundromat, with doors open and machines running nonstop. The noise made the room uninhabitable. Despite the hotel being largely empty, the front desk refused to move me, refused to call a manager, and refused to escalate to Hilton corporate, claiming it was “policy.” I’ve stayed at Hilton properties nationwide and have never been treated this poorly. The Hilton Corporation has allowed this kind of management to remain in place. Completely unacceptable.

I called this property on his behalf and spoke with Yolanda. She came through big time and was able to get him a room and a ride on the shuttle. I wish more properties could have staff members like Yolanda. She’s the best!
