  We are here for a hockey tournament and from the get go everyone and the rooms are up to par. Definitely recommend and will stay again when the tournaments are in Detroit. The complimentary breakfast is absolutely amazing. It's literally a buffet. Staff is great. Great job by all. Definitely recommend and customer service is outstanding. Very clean hotel. Even the outside is maintained very good. Hats off to you!!

  Staying here right now. Omar at the Front desk took good care of us. Room is nice and clean, shower is great. Lobby is clean and nicecas well. Only con is the planes overhead but we got the 1st floor to mitigate that so be warned if your on the top floor could be alittle noisy from the aircraft. Small cafe in the lobby looks nice will try it tonight to get dinner. Great location to the airport 5min away. Oh and they send you a text after getting to your room to see if everything is to your satisfaction and if we needed anything. A nice touch on good customer service. UPDATE: The café in the hotel the items we ordered were very good so we highly recommend trying it out. The food portions were very generous so shrinkflation that you see everywhere has not reached this place for sure.

  I stayed at the Embassy Suites Detroit Metro for my son's hockey tournament. As the team manager, when I picked our hotels, this was not my first choice. The tournament picked the hotel for us, and I am so glad that we had the opportunity to stay here! The staff from the moment we came in was friendly and accommodating. The bartender Alicia was amazing and kind to the parents on our team. She was so friendly and talkative it was such a delight speaking with her. The hotel staff was always kind and willing to do whatever we needed to make our stay enjoyable. When you pass by a member of the staff they say hello. The housekeeping staff are more than generous when you ask for another towel. I stay in a lot of hotels and Embassy Suites between travelling for work and my son's hockey team. This hotel is clean and organized. They even had Halloween decorations up! You can tell that they pride themselves on customer service. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone that asks where they should stay when travelling to Michigan.

  Here's a review based on your feedback: --- We recently stayed at Embassy Suites Detroit Airport and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself was really clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing make-your-own omelet bar and the fresh breakfast options, which we thoroughly enjoyed. However, we were disappointed with the "park and stay" option. The hotel provided us with tickets for Quick Trip parking, which we could have easily accessed on our own. We had expected to leave our car at the hotel, so this was a letdown. Additionally, our room had a broken window that wouldn’t lock, which made us a bit uncomfortable, especially being on the first floor. While there was a block preventing the window from opening more than a few inches, it was still concerning. We arrived late at 9 PM, and it wasn't enough of an issue for us to request a room change, but it was something to note. Despite these issues, we would stay at Embassy Suites again, mainly for the cleanliness, friendly service, and fantastic breakfast.
