Fantastic experience. Staff were great. I’ve stayed at fancier hotels but rarely have encountered such nice amenities plus such amazing staff. Work out room was better than most hotels too.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience in a long time. No towels in pool area despite asking multiple times. Restaurant got every part of the order wrong, got the bill wrong, didn’t come around to do refills . One staff member at the front desk was lovely, everyone else was very rude . Wouldn’t stay again if we were paid to be there.

The hotel is very nicely located, and breakfast is served at the Freighters Restaurant. I reserved an ADA roll-in shower room, and the bathroom was very spacious and wheelchair-friendly overall. The only drawbacks were a few accessibility and comfort details. There was no light switch panel near the nightstand, so I had to get up to turn off the lamps, which were also very bright instead of soft ambient lighting. In the shower, the water controls were positioned too far from the shower chair, making them difficult to reach. It would be much better if the controls were located closer to the seated position. Overall, a good stay with just a few ADA usability improvements needed.

We stay at this hotel once a year at least and typically have no issues. Unfortunately this time the room was just not as clean as it should be and the sheets had stains on them. Honestly disgusted by that but we didn’t notice till 1am when we got back to the room.

Stayed there twice so far and it is a really nice place to go to to stay the night or even a few days. It's a very clean place. Convince of having a restaurant and a gym.
