HVAC was older in my room. Shower was not much pressure.

Very friendly, attentive, patient staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Exceptionally quiet - no noise from the hallway/neighbours. Conveniently located - plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Ample parking available in their lot. One tricky thing to be mindful of is it’s next to impossible to make a left onto Haggerty when leaving the hotel, so you’re better off wending your way through the adjoining plazas until you can get to a traffic light.

We booked several quen size double bed and king size single bed rooms for our family for five days. We were in the area to attend marriage of my niece. The ice machine on first floor was out of order without being informed to hotel occupants by the hotel management. The front desk agent Brett was extremely rude and refuse to listen to us and hanged up. The hotel manager Leonardo Elias was called twice to inform about his attitude of hotel staff and a voice note was left each time. He never bothered to call us back. The overall cleanliness in the hotel is very poor.

1. The room was ready for check in after 4 pm, waited in lobby from 3-4 pm. 2. Fire alarm broke off at 2 am, did not sleep all night. 3. No hotter the 2nd night we stay, and have had no hot water yet. Employee kept lying there would be hot water, but none. Thinking about suing the hotel for braking the code. 4. The maid does minimum, only replace towel, no bed made, no water bottle given. Front desk evening shift was rude and cursing at me when I went to get water bottle by myself because he was not there. He said Jesus Christ and told me if I wanted to work there, very rude. I stay here prepaid 4 nights. 5. Called customer service to request transfer to a different hotel four times and nobody could help. Do not stay here, worst hotel I have ever stayed.
