    The room was spacious, however, there was a flying bug in our room. We tried to capture it without success. The sheets on one bed was dirty. I called down to the front desk to advise of both. The overnight guy bought up new sheets. Said they didn't have another room for us to change rooms. In the morning I called down to the front desk. I was advised that the housekeeper will "capture" the bug. We asked for a cleaning of our room. Well, we arrived later that night and the room was never touched. Again, I called the front desk and all the overnight guy did was apologize. The next morning we checked out. I went to the front desk and told the two ladies about our horrible stay in a dirty room. They said, how can we make it right? I said, comp one of our nights or send points to my husband's Hilton account. One of the front desk ladies asked me to email the pictures I took of the dirty sheets and she would send it to the manager. I did as she requested. We have yet to hear from Amy Reilly, the general manager, nor did we receive a comp night or the points. We will not stay here again. We didn't even eat their breakfast because we didn't think the environment would be clean.

    There one night or a wedding but great hotel. Staff were awesome. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had. Cute town too.
