    Stayed for power outage gentleman at the front desk very friendly staff next morning also very friendly. Room clean lobby very clean .

    My only issue with the room is this green light that blinks at night like an alien mother ship in room 228. It's 430am while I'm writing this review because I cannot sleep I hopes that I'll see ET flying by my window any second now.

    I came for a one night stay due to a concert at Soaring Eagle Casino. Upon checking into my room I noticed the tub was dirty. After getting myself and my grandmother together for the concert, we went down and asked the woman if the room could be cleaned. She stated the stain were permanent due to hard water. I asked if she could obtain cleaning supplies as I’d like to be sure it’s clean upon my return. Sue assured me she’d look into it. Once return, the woman wasn’t anywhere to be found, so I decided to just wait until the morning. The towel and sheets were dingy, there was a stain on one of my pillow cases but I didn’t put much of a fuss since it was one night. The next morning I went down and spoke with a person who said his name was Matt, he also stated the stain were permanent due to hard water. I asked if I could have cleaning things to clean it myself and he said he couldn’t do that. He stated housekeeping didn’t come in until 10am and he’s talk to the supervisor about setting if someone could come up and clean my room. I went back to my room and waited, but 10:30 there was still no cleaner so me and my grand mother used the sink to take a with wipe down and decided to leave. As I was leaving I saw the red headed guy Matt and asked what happened, he started telling about someone else who had an issue, I said no, what happened to our room getting clean, you said they’d come at 10am. He stated I told you they came in at 10, didn’t say when they”d start. I stated this is ridiculous, Matt continued to walk down the hall and then stated “you’re ridiculous” I stated no you’re ridiculous I heard you and I will call corporate! He ignored me and continued walking. When I got downstairs I asked to speak with his supervisor he said his supervisor wasn’t in, I stated you told me earlier that you would talk to your supervisor, he said no that was the housekeeping supervisor ( that made it worst) no one should be above their job, if I needed my room cleaned so I could feel comfortable showing, why wouldn’t the supervisor come and do it themselves? I asked him why he stated I was ridiculous when it had nothing to do with him, he started being sarcastic stating he didn’t know what I was talking about and he never said that and to prove it. I got so upset he was definitely a bunch of names before I left! As soon as I got to my car I received another charge on my card, I called to see what the charge was and they told me it was a late check out fee. I stated I seen that on the app and thought they were doing that because of the dirty room, turns out, they just added that with me asking. Once I called corporate I made them aware if this unwanted charge. There was no reason to speak with management because after looking at previous reviews they are well aware about their rooms. I even took a towel to wipe the tub and some of the dirt did in fact come off. The door to the bathroom had dirty stains and the ceiling was peeling. Not at all at Hilton standards. I’m very disappointed.
