I read all the reviews before booking, they seemed off a little bit but when we checked in the Hotel was very clean the rooms were not large but they are not real small either, Cheryl and Tim at the front desk were both very personable, friendly, helpful and informative about the town. Tammy was very helpful with the breakfast as I have hand problems and she was right there to help me get what I needed for my breakfast. And last Kat the housekeeper went above and beyond for us with towels extra blankets and needing a few things. They have a nice smoking area for those that do smoke and it is in the back of the building so that it does not bother the guest coming in and out of the front doors. If I travel anywhere again I will look for a Tru by Hilton to stay in.

For the evening was cute enough..but found the pool cold...really hated having a room with no coffee maker ( especially when there was none available in the lobby when I awoke). Anyway..no use complaining....staff was nice enough. Just probably wouldn't return

This hotel used to be one of my favorites. We book here annually for a local soccer tournament and it’s our 4th year in a row. We chose this hotel because the friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and full breakfast. Unfortunately, despite the higher price point and being a Hilton Tru, this location has fallen short. They changed the full size muffins to the usual cheap hotel small ones, watery oatmeal, and watered down coffee. The rooms are stuffy with dust in the corners and paint chips in the window sill. I feel like they kind of gave up. We will probably be looking at other hotels for the next tournament.

The second we walked into our room, less than an hour later we got a call from the front desk telling us, in a very rude and unprofessional way, to “keep it down.” I was shocked! I have two kids who were simply excited for few minutes, not crying or screaming, and it wasn’t even 7 PM yet. The hotel is overrated, not very clean, and there were spiders. We couldn’t sleep all night and ended up checking out at 4 AM. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what you expect from a Hilton property. Never again.
