We were in town for a funeral. Jessica was a complete delight! She brought us towels to our room and helped us find a nice local place for dinner. Sals Place that was good. Super sweet young lady. Hotel is temporarily under construction, but the rooms are clean. Staff made it very homey. You don’t see that at a lot of Hotels. Would most certainly stay again.

When getting a shower seat for assistance it malfunctioned causing me to fall in the shower. I got a horrible bruised rib but remained calm because the staff was amazing. But after a week or so I didn't receive a refund that I was promised by the manager. I called them and they tell me they changed their minds stating that it was my fault. I received no communication or anything. Never going back!!!!

Pool ruined my eyes for days! Beware, wear swim goggles or don't go under water. I don't think it was chlorine, I think there was debris in the bottom of the pool and once stirred up it go into our eyes. Luckily my wife and 3 year old didn't go under water. Myself and 6 year old son suffered eye irritation for days. The rest of the hotel was just OK. Peeling wallpaper, drywall repair left unfinished, construction materials like tiles and cove base laying in walkways and egress paths. The owner responded to me via email after I took a online survey, he apologized. Bad grammar in the email tells me he (Mr. Patel) doesn't care. I doubt anything will change with their pool. I would NOT recommend swimming. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open. There was also generally a weird smell in the hallway and near front desk. Not the worst experience in general, but this pool was by far the worst experience at a hotel pool. It ruined my dinner out with family as I couldn't stop eye watering and burning. I'll go somewhere else when traveling through. Read reviews prior to staying.
