At 5 am I gave up sleeping, only to see a red light on my phone, called front desk, person there didn't know what it could be. Because they didn't know anything about the phone system. Breakfast was awful. Food was rubbery and sausage was fake. No napkins was a roll of horrible paper towel. Front desk person was sitting vaping and on their phone. There was a serious hole/depression in the floor at exterior wall.

The location is excellent—close to restaurants, shopping, and major routes, and only about 30 minutes from Lansing (we are her for a Spartan’s football game) The front desk staff, particularly the young lady who checked us in on Oct 10th, was exceptionally professional, welcoming and accommodating to all our requests. I highly recommend this property for both business and leisure stays.
