- KTKandyce T4 days ago3.0The tru hotel was nice looking upon arrival. I checked in and went to my king sized room. The room was a standard size room, very small refrigerator and also has microwave. The bathroom was nice and spacious also comes with bodywash, conditioner, and shampoo. They also have breakfast in the morning. Everything was nice until checkout. When I leave my room I do the common courtesy of pulling all the linen off the mattress, to my surprise there brown stains (proby piss stains) all over the bed I slept in! I was sooo disappointed! No bed should look like that especially from a paying customer! I usually check and spray down the sheets and covers at a hotel. However I didn't pull back the fitted sheets and under comforter. I wish I had though.

I think the rooms are great but I will say that there is no closet with a door that you can put your clothes in and there is no carpet especially in November when it is cold outside. To dry your shoes off. Also the free breakfast was very disappointing because the pancake machine was not working and the food does not taste good at all. I do not recommend this place especially around the holidays.

At 5 am I gave up sleeping, only to see a red light on my phone, called front desk, person there didn't know what it could be. Because they didn't know anything about the phone system. Breakfast was awful. Food was rubbery and sausage was fake. No napkins was a roll of horrible paper towel. Front desk person was sitting vaping and on their phone. There was a serious hole/depression in the floor at exterior wall.
