    This was much nicer than we imagined and only a 9 minute car ride to Flint airport. The little dive bar in the alley has a great hamburger!

    The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean with modern decor. The hotel restaurant offers good Italian food as well as burgers. Full bar. If you don’t feel like leaving the premises you have everything here.

    I stay at a lot of hotels but this one deserves a review. Parking was cheap and easy- got a 24hr pass right across the street in a secure building for $5. Showed up well after hours, the person staffing the front (their name was also Chris!) was great- very kind and welcoming. The room rate was lower than I had anticipated without booking online. The room though- its like its untouched. Everything was literally spotless. Their cleaning crew deserves some serious recognition. Everything is modern, easy, looks amazing- the views of downtown from our windows on the 8th floor were so nice we kept the curtains open all night. Despite having other customers it was also completely quiet. Again, I dont often leave hotels reviews, and I stay at them at least once a month for work or travel. This one is definitely in my top two- likely only tied with the Iron Horse in Milwaukee, it has a lot of the same modern, well done vibes. Definitely stay here, I truly don’t understand the value for the low rental rate.

    Katie was at the front desk on thanksgiving 2025. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Not a great experience because of that.
