- HNHollie NelsonDec 29, 20253.0I came to the Hampton due to a power outage at my home with my daughter and her 2 babies at 3:30am during one of ice/snow storms. I was told they were done renting rooms for the night due to it being the next day and I wouldn’t be able to check in until 3pm. Then i was told there wasn’t any clean rooms, and then was told he had already switch the computers over to check-out. After a conversation over the phone, he finally decided to give me a room. The room was clean and nice, but most importantly in the moment WARM.
