    We went here for a Business meeting (it was Christmas themed), and everything turned out great! Our meeting room was nice, and the lobby where we ate was awesome, with comfy seating. The staff was friendly, and I'm glad my company picked this hotel for the meeting!

    We arrived on a busy Friday night with a small bridal party from the hotel across the street that had unexpectedly cancelled our reservation and placed us at this Hampton. Initially our name could not be found which was frustrating but Cooper made a call and got us a very nice room at a very good rate. The room was clean, the staff was great, breakfast was fresh and hot. When I got home the next night after the wedding I realized my debit card was missing. I was certain it had fallen into a chair crack, I called and Cooper and the head of housekeeping(maybe Katelynn?) were both so helpful. They found my card, called me to let me know and offered to mail it back to me or shred it. I chose to have them shred it and they did. So helpful and truly reassuring to know I didn’t have worry about it anymore. Thank you both very much.

    The location is near the Grand Rapids Airport. Rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable.

    Booked a block of rooms for a wedding. Took 4 calls to even get the block set up. Wanted to leave welcome baskets for guests and was made to feel like it was the world’s biggest inconvenience. Ended up leaving them all for one person to hand out to others. And they had to ask for them. Rooms were not ready, maintenance issues and perhaps the worst customer service around. I would never send my guests to this hotel again.

    The room was large and clean, but there was no shampoo in the shower! I had to use shower gel to wash my hair. We were in town for a wedding and 3 other people said their rooms had alarms that went off between 5-630am. Making sure that the shampoo/soaps are refilled and alarms are OFF should be part of the standard cleaning procedure for all rooms. The pool was nice but the towels provided were the size of hand towels. You'll need 2-3 to dry off and they are not big enough to wrap around your body. Hot tub did not seem to be working. The water was barely moving and there was an oily film so I didn't go in. 4/5 stars, not the worst hotel but not the best. Would probably stay again if I had to but it wouldn't be my first choice.
