They secretly added a fee for a cancellation refund policy, and then made the reservation for the wrong dates. When I called to correct the dates, the woman said it would cost over $100 more for two nights. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call back, but never did, I would not use this hotel if you can avoid it

Our room overlooked the parking lot and there were no black out curtains so it was distracting to sleep with the bright outside lights. There is no exhaust fan and the shower drain did not drain so after 3 people showed there was a pool of water in the tub and a layer of steamy fog on the mirrors. For an overnight stay, it was fine but I would not want to stay there, especially in that room for more than a night. Fix your plumbing people.
