I purchased a room online when the website glitched so I had went to restart the whole process not realizing it was charging me for two rooms. This staff that checked me in had told me he would fix it, and never did. I called and was told to call back the next day when the manager came in and so I did, than apparently it was out of their reach so they directed me to a different number where that number directed me to another different number where that number told me to call the property so I was back at square one.. ultimately they told me that i wouldn’t get my refund back and that it was just “business” also for how pricy their rooms are you’d expect them to have more channels on their tvs or just smarter tvs and better room service and more parking spaces available. 🤷🏻♀️

- JEJackie EvansNov 9, 20253.0The hotel itself is nice and it's safe. The rooms are small but the bathrooms are nice. No microwave in the room. Here's the problem. I stayed for more then a few days for work and room above us I'm pretty sure was a workers children for the hotel cuz they were constantly stomping and running around. 1 time at 1 in the morning but literally every day you could here the kids loudly stomping. Good hotel but I went to the comfort inn instead next door to get away from the stomping on the 4th floor

The room we had which was 216 and you will roll out of the bed because the bed is broke down where most people sit. The breakfast was nothing and I went down at 7am for the free breakfast. Never again will I stay here.
