Located in Clinton Township, we are just off M-59. Our hotel is within two miles of Lakeside Mall, The Mall at Partridge Creek, and University Center. We are 10 minutes from Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill, and 40 minutes from downtown Detroit. We have over 1,300 sq. ft. of event space, plus an on-site restaurant, free WiFi, and fitness center.

They are just collecting a paycheck and will do 0 to help when there is a problem. Had stuff missing from our room and the on site manager could care less. Told us it wasn’t his problem that it was a housekeeping problem. Aren’t you the manager and suppose to handle these things? There are so many better hotels in this area so don’t stay at this one.

When could find staff they seemed disinterested in helping. No fresh coffee anytime of day. Lobby area not kept up, seating area with stained seats. Stayed here a few years ago with much better service and surroundings.

Checking in was not told that they charge extra for there very basic breakfast. Get to room, bed hard, not comfortable. Get into shower and find out after I'm wet that shampoo and conditioner were empty. Really a shame, and will never stay at a Hilton again, and will definitely be telling everyone I come across not to as well.

Contacted upper management and they never reached out after numerous emails. There is a lot better hotels in this area that are cleaner, friendlier and actually have customer service.
- PAPhilly2 anywhereOct 22, 20253.0Here for business. Checked in at 10pm and the room is selected on the top floor was dirty so they found me a clean room on the floor beneath. I always take a top floor so I don't hear people stomping around above me when trying to sleep. Was assured that wouldn't be the case....that was inaccurate. Aside from the elephant above me, and poor soundproofing next door. The room was spacious and relatively clean. The pillows were terrible though. The buffet breakfast is mediocre. They do have made to order options and the cook and server were both very friendly and do a great job. The gym is one of the better ones I have seen for a hotel gym, I was impressed. If they can do something about the sound travel between room and from the road outside, I think it would be a great place to stay.
