I've been staying at this location for weeks on and off. Pretty sure all the staff know my face by now. Unfortunately I had a horrible and rude experience yesterday (12-26-25) with the general manager and the girl that work front desk that be having her baby up there and be sleeping at the desk sometimes when she is working the night shift with her feet propped up. I was trying to understand why I was being charged an additional 35 dollars for something that was clearly the system fault or theirs. The front desk girl and general manager couldn't even explain to me why and decided to get nasty with me. They had to have the lady that was way more professional than them to come up there while she's off just to tell me it's because of the additional guest. I've been to many hilton locations, upscale and all. I've never paid for an additional guest. Even my past stays with this location I've never paid for the additional guest. I don't like the lack of professionalism that was being shown to me. The general manager "You just gotta pay the 35" then walk off and still wasn't competent enough to actually tell me why. Again I never gave them any reason to just treat me like that. Yes I started getting frustrated because nobody could explain to me why that charge was on my folio. Until the more professional lady had to come in while being off the clock just to tell me something so simple. Instead of fixing the error I was told to contact hilton. The girl that was working the morning shift at the desk kept mumbling something under her breath. I told her that she has poor customer service skills because no matter what under any circumstances are you suppose to treat any guest like that. Especially when all I was trying to understand was why I was being charged an additional fee. Her attitude is so nasty she even told me not to come back as I was leaving out and I told her that I will be back. There was another guest that witness a bit of it and told someone else how the front desk girl just walked off as we all were standing there just waiting. She didn't want to deal with me or explain anything. That's when I saw she was on the phone trying to get the lady that originally checked us in to come up there. Due to her not being competent enough to just explain the additional charge. If possible I would like the district manager contact info as well. This whole situation was handled so poorly and it's embarrassing that the general manager just didn't care at all. I can tell she let that girl working the desk do whatever she wants. I will be contacting Hilton but I would like the contact of the district manager as well. Never been treated like this before at any location even when an error had occurred.

Stayed for one night and was very impressed. Friendly and attentive staff at check-in and breakfast. Very comfortable beds and good size rooms. We had 2 adjoining rooms so we could have more room for our family. The hotel is very family friendly. games, colouring sheets and foosball table in the lobby and lots of lobby space to relax. Safe area.
