    As someone who works in the service industry, I could not speak more highly of Robert and Mel. I’ve been in and out of Chesterfield for the past few weeks for work and both of these individuals are the reason I continue to stay here. They have went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their kindness and customer service does not go unnoticed, and I’ve never felt more compelled to spread the word as they deserve the recognition. I will definitely be back and I hope future customers know they will be in the best hands at this Hampton inn.

    Overall just loud, they let a TON of kids into the pool area to the point where the hot tub broke and stopped heating… There was a literal hole in the wall..? The TV was a smart TV but only had live television so we asked staff and they said they are under renovations………

    Stayed here recently and it was all around 5 stars in particular the front desk agent Lisa. She was great. Very knowledgeable. Made everything smooth and easy..Liking the new renovations as well. Keep up the good work I'll be back.

    Trouble withe heat. Front desk was suggested turn the heat up to 85 then lower it when it got warm. So once it got cold raise the temperature again and again.

    Nice facility and they had great staff. The cloth furniture in the room was overly stained. Same was true for upholstery in the common eating area. Room carpet needed replacement. Locals worked hard enough to keep up but the company needs to do major refurbishment.
