This review is more about Hampton Corporate than this location. This location is clean and the staff is excellent. Great location with lots around. It’s the rooms … well it about how they have remodeled the rooms and taken my favorite feature as a business traveller away from the King Suites. As a business traveler that works out of my room I need a big work area and desk. The “new” rooms did away with the desk and replaced it with an all but useless little round table. Can’t use my side screen and barely any space for the mouse. Tons of wasted space in the room. I won’t book Hampton if this is the new direction … and I have been staying with them for 25+ years. Again, not the locations but what corporate is rolling out. I tried to provide feedback to Hilton on their website but it wasn’t working so I did this post.

One of the worst hotel stays I've had to date. First off, the rooms were in a sorry state. The tub faucet pulled away from the wall, and the water in the shower wouldn't stop, even with the plug up. It felt like I was taking a bath and a shower at the same time. The carpets and curtains were stained, clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while, and didn't shut all the way. I was warned about the construction, but it started so early in the morning and was so loud that I barely got any sleep. Second, I got charged WAY more than I was supposed to for a two-night stay—especially since I booked through an event link for a wedding, which promised a discount. I'm not sure what happened at the front desk, but I'm glad I checked my bank account and saw that they had charged me $430 plus a $50 cleaning fee for a two-night stay. I also didn't get the King bedroom I booked months in advance due to a booking error on their part. This has been resolved, but it's upsetting it happened in the first place. Third, the parking situation is awful. There are not nearly enough spots to park in their lot. The only good thing about this hotel was its location, which was near many stores and fast-food restaurants. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in this area, look elsewhere.

I love the feeling of the beds in other hotels I can never get sleep on the hard beds but Hampton dose not have trashy beds like that. I also enjoy the pool and hot tub its nice and relaxing. And don't even get me started on the breakfast it was delicious. I've been here more than once and the staff is so nice so I would 100% recommend. Love the Hampton Inn.

The breakfast was the only thing worthy about this place. My sheets were not laundered. There was construction right above our heads on the next floor _ on Labor day! All carpets and furniture were badly stained. Might be a good place for a one night stand but I would not recommend.
