Conner at the front desk was so helpful and so sweet. He made sure we were happy with our accommodations. Their pool & hot tub are salt water! For dinner we dined at the deli which was delicious! Michael was our server and he was a delight! Attentive and professional. He also made great dessert recommendations. You have to try the Oreo Chessecake! We will definitely be back for another staycation soon!

Room service is through the restaurant and they will bring it up to your room. I tried 6 desserts all good. Two salads - good portion both times I added salmon because it’s so good. Lots and lots of small loud kids and in-room dogs barking and running up and down the halls and taking over the pool and hot tub.

After accidentally leaving my purse at a nearby restaurant, the hotel staff immediately stepped in to help. Everyone I interacted with, from the bartender to the front desk, was kind and genuinely invested in helping resolve a stressful situation. The standout was John, Director of Engineering, who went far above and beyond. He personally coordinated with the restaurant the next morning, located my purse, and even delivered it to my office. I didn’t have a car, had a full day of meetings, and was flying out that evening, so his help was nothing short of a lifesaver. This is what great hospitality looks like. Thoughtful, proactive, and deeply human. Huge thanks to the Kingsley team, and especially John, for turning a potential disaster into an incredibly positive experience.
