    What a hidden gem! My daughter & I stayed her in a whim. Soooo glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we were taking care of. Conner at the front desk was so helpful and so sweet. He made sure we were happy with our accommodations. Their pool & hot tub are salt water! For dinner we dined at the deli which was delicious! Michael was our server and he was a delight! Attentive and professional. He also made great dessert recommendations. You have to try the Oreo Chessecake! We will definitely be back for another staycation soon!

    Beautiful hotel. I could have stayed at a closer Hilton brand but decided we will drive a little bit more for this one. Room service is through the restaurant and they will bring it up to your room. I tried 6 desserts all good. Two salads - good portion both times I added salmon because it’s so good. I There’s also a seafood restaurant next door that I want to try but had no time #TheKingsley @thekingsleybloomfieldhills #buzzybooth

    Daria and Jalen made our stay! We really enjoyed how friendly and helpful the front staff are at the Kingsley. We visit Michigan often and it was our first time staying here, we will absolutely be back.

    The Kingsley feels like it is being neglected. rust on the floors at the ice machines, dirty lounge chairs and unkept elevators and bathrooms that are very different from when it first opened. Lots and lots of small loud kids and in-room dogs barking and running up and down the halls and taking over the pool and hot tub.

    The level of hospitality at The Kingsley Hotel is truly exceptional. After accidentally leaving my purse at a nearby restaurant, the hotel staff immediately stepped in to help. Everyone I interacted with, from the bartender to the front desk, was kind and genuinely invested in helping resolve a stressful situation. The standout was John, Director of Engineering, who went far above and beyond. He personally coordinated with the restaurant the next morning, located my purse, and even delivered it to my office. I didn’t have a car, had a full day of meetings, and was flying out that evening, so his help was nothing short of a lifesaver. This is what great hospitality looks like. Thoughtful, proactive, and deeply human. Huge thanks to the Kingsley team, and especially John, for turning a potential disaster into an incredibly positive experience.
