    We enjoyed a view of the wetlands including the swans who visited in the morning. The breakfast served until 10am was appreciated. The swimming pool was warm enough to actually enjoy it!!! Very clean and quiet. The only downside was the wallpaper seemed to need replacing. It looked like an installation issue.

    Extremely Disorganized and Unprofessional – Avoid This Place My group, along with two others, booked our rooms back in July. Then in October, we received a phone call from a very nervous staff member letting us know that our reservations had been canceled due to the hotel overbooking by 36 rooms. I find it hard to believe that 36 other reservations were made before July — something just doesn’t add up. Even more concerning, they never informed Booking.com of the cancellations, likely to avoid accountability. I requested a call from the manager three separate times and never received a response. This place is highly unorganized and completely unprofessional. If they can’t handle basic business practices like managing reservations and communicating with guests, I don’t even want to imagine what other areas they’re neglecting. Shame on the management for making a staff member handle such uncomfortable calls and then refusing to take responsibility. Do better.
