- RRRegina ReschDec 17, 20251.0They were supposed to refund me after a miscommunication of canceling my stay that I was jyst moving to the next day, I stayed two days and they said the manager would refund; no refund 6wks later and numerous unreturned phone calls, messages, voicemails. Workers tell me he will refund and call me then no call. I have never once spoken to the manager. I have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the Usa and never had any issues. I was beyond patient waiting over a month for the manager to take care of the issue and call me back!

Cant speak to the quality of the pool as i didnt have time to jump in. The breakfast wasn't the biggest but had some unique things like strawberry waffle batter... would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were a little dirty and the bed and pillows are not comfortable. The pillows smelled like they were not clean. Our door also had a gap in it and didn’t close correctly - I did show the front desk this and they did schedule maintenance for that room so that’s good.

New caulking in tub tried, and failed to hide all the brown gunk in the shower area. Grout broken and missing in tile in bathroom. Put a food item in frig and it was room temp next morning. Won’t stay here again.
