The rooms were a little dirty and the bed and pillows are not comfortable. The pillows smelled like they were not clean. Our door also had a gap in it and didn’t close correctly - I did show the front desk this and they did schedule maintenance for that room so that’s good.

New caulking in tub tried, and failed to hide all the brown gunk in the shower area. Grout broken and missing in tile in bathroom. Put a food item in frig and it was room temp next morning. Won’t stay here again.

Christina really stood out for us because when we showed up to check in she couldn't find our reservation. She then kept looking and found it, it was no fault of the hotel as we had booked through another site and they messed up. Christina is a true asset to that hotel. Plus we had family coming in for a wedding and she made sure all of our rooms were together.
