From the very beginning of the planning process to the night of the event, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to the event hosting coordinators, who made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on schedule. Most especially, I want to recognize Azurah Karal, Event Sales Manager, who went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Azurah truly listened to our vision and made sure every detail was considered, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to such an important milestone for our family. The service during the event itself was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or small issues that came up. Everything was handled immediately and professionally, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration without stress. A very special thank you to the bartenders, who received so many compliments from our guests, especially William. I heard nonstop praise about him all night. It honestly seemed like he knew everyone’s drink after the first round, which our guests absolutely loved and appreciated. That level of service truly stood out and made the night even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff, service, and venue exceeded our expectations. My daughter’s Quinceañera was beautiful, memorable, and truly a night we will never forget. Thank you to the entire DoubleTree by Hilton team for helping us create such a special celebration for our family. We are so thankful for everything you did to make this event perfect.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The pool is super cute and makes you feel like you are at a resort. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and convenient (you must try the brisket grill cheese). As a former front desk manger and sales director for a hotel i can say that this is how a hotel should be ran. Jennifer is the manager and she definitely has an amazing team. From front desk, to housekeeping, everyone was polite and their uniforms were clean and well kept. Jessica was the front desk receptionist who helped us out all weekend and she is just a gem. Cassie gave me some bubbles for my 1 year old which really helped to keep her entertained while we were in the reception. Cassie you're amazing. Jennifer and her staff really made a 2 hour drive worth it. We appreciate all that you all did and hope you have a blessed New Year. We will see you again in the summer. The Washington/Smith Family

They have a pool and a restaurant with bar downstairs you even get free cookies we had a great stay. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will go back again for sure.

There's a restaurant on site which is very good. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is a nice size and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.I Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was warm, inviting, very friendly, and nice which always makes it a plus.
