I recently had my wedding at Doubletree. It was a great experience. Azurah was amazing the entire time leading up to the wedding. She was willing to answer all questions and concerns I had, and always responded quickly! Brittany helped keep me calm the day of and took care of everything I needed! And as always the food was great.

If you have an issue with scent/smells this is not the hotel for you. Smells like it’s been doused in old lady perfume. It’s every floor too. When we got here they were having issues with their key card system and I had to make four trips back to the lobby to get into a room. 2nd day keys randomly stopped working again. What a headache!

We had our annual event at the Double Tree this past Saturday and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed all round. Every staff member we interacted with were exceptional. They all were helpful, polite, and delivered on time. It's been a long time since we've had that kind of care. Not only that, but the food was incredible, facility was clean and modern.

CHECK THE BEDS!!!!!
Stayed with my father for an antique show a few weeks ago and it was utterly disgusting. I was double checking the bed for cleanliness, there was absolutely huge disgusting stains on the bed. One huge one I assume was urine, and the other could have been blood For all I know. Also it was soaked into the padding just above it. Not sure if it was when it happened or after an attempted cleaning. Can’t be 100 percent on that. I took pictures and video and showed the man behind the counter explaining that you need to get rid of the mattress at this point use rubber or plastic sheets for the guest because it protects the mattress at that point not everybody can sleep not knowing what they’re sleeping on. I’m unable to do so.
He was nice enough to give me a rollaway, but we couldn’t get a room anywhere else and he couldn’t move me or wouldn’t to another room. I cleaned the plastic on the outside of that and it laid that on top of the mattress so I could lay down. Just check the mattresses and look like some of the dresser have been eaten away by mice. That’s just the cherry on top after all that. They only took 40 bucks 25 percent maybe off the room. couldn’t wait to get out the next morning. Don’t stay there if you don’t have to.
