- DCDonald CovingtonDec 30, 20255.0This is a great place to stay when visiting Ann Arbor. The rooms were nice and clean. No crazy neighbors just leave and quiet. Rooms have full fridge, microwave stove dishwasher. Everything you need for a lengthy study.

Such as smoked pulled chicken and tortillas for breakfast. Nice touch. The reason for the 4 stars was that upon arrival the room was not cleaned as expected. Food had been splashed on the wall above the couch and remnants of it remained. There were several hairs on bathroom floor and beard hair around the faucets. Not acceptable. If all other aspects of the hotel were not as good as they were the rating would be a 3. Nice location to sporting facilities and about a mile from campus area.
