- DFDina FrigoNov 8, 20251.0Booked on Expedia last minute as I needed a place to stay in order to avoid a midnight to 3 AM drive home to Ohio after a skating competition . I managed to walk into the hotel after passing several people just loitering in the parking lot after 11 PM, get into the lobby- more people, mostly seem drunk just hanging around the small lobby. Fun. So I maneuver around them to get to the desk where I’m behind a couple who for whatever reason cannot get checked in. There was one employee at the desk, spending so much time trying to check this couple in and something about three reservations under one thing. Whatever. I waited for 15 minutes. No end in sight. Two guys had come up behind me to check out for bottled water they wanted to buy from the concession thing and they ended up just giving up and walking away. And after all that time I did too. Just sucked it up and made the drive back to Ohio. But because I booked on Expedia, I’m out the money for a room I couldn’t even check into. if you’re looking to stay somewhere in Ann Arbor go somewhere else. This place was a joke
- JCJessica CumminsOct 28, 20254.0Rooms are updated, clean and well-equipped (full fridge & freezer, dishwasher, sink, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cups dishes & cooking implements). Beds are comfortable, parking is plentiful, free breakfast includes variety of options. Gym is open 24/7 and includes a variety of machines and free weights, including kettlebells. Shared area with guest laundry. There is a Peloton bike which I was excited about, however it is not connected to the internet and the pedals would require you to have packed your bike shoes (not the flat pedals with sneaker cages typically seen on hotel bikes). There is a bottle filling station in the gym and one at the breakfast bar -- use the latter. Water tastes weird from room and gym.
