- MPMr. Potato4 days ago5.0Genuinely one of the NICEST stays I've ever encountered at a hotel for a number of reasons. To preface there is not a single thing that could have gone better. Coming off of a long drive all the way from. Kansas city that day having left at noon and arriving here at this Hampton at nearly 4 am after driving 14 hours. I was greeted with the most lovely humans I could've met. He was very very kind and took my walk-in booking and upgraded me to the suite room. I got the complementary bottles of water and spoke for a few minutes and he was nothing but fantastic. He was even nice enough to place me on the bottom floor as I had a ton of luggage which saved me from lugging it up the elevator. It was absolutely wonderful. Very very quiet the whole evening. The fridge was actually cold and the AC worked. The shower and everything in the room works as it should. It very valiantly clean for your run of the mill hotel. Just the interaction at check-in alone was enough but then the morning after waking up I was a doofus and locked myself out of my room accidentally and the stellar lady at the counter this morning got me all fixed up and back in the room in moments. I can't give high enough praise for my stay here. I have no input on the food as I was busy sleeping in and didn't make it to breakfast. I also didn't use the gym or laundry facilities but they seemed nice enough! The hot tub is fantastic. Overall Theres alot of hotels in the area but id pick this one above any of the others solely for this stay and would come back if im ever in the area. 10/10 flawless execution. Both counter people deserve a raise. 🙌
