It is also close to restaurants, grocery stores etc Upon arrival Becky greeted us at the front desk with a smile and warm welcome. She was very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good and the hotel is quiet and comfortable.

I live in Chicago and this is the only hotel I’ll stay at in Ann Arbor, Mi. The service and people are incredible and you feel so taken care of I have literally shared I feel like I’m at my second home. While visiting family and friends it’s great to have a sanctuary to stay at to escape from the chaos. Even though we arrived really late, Becky at the front desk greeted us with such a warm, friendly demeanor that immediately put us at ease after our long journey. She was incredibly accommodating and took the time to show us the pool area and give us helpful information about breakfast. Exactly what tired parents needed! The beds were incredibly comfortable (everything you’d expect from a Hilton property), which was perfect for getting some rest with a little one. Becky’s genuine hospitality and exceptional service truly made our stay special. Great location for accessing Canada, comfortable accommodations, and standout service from someone who clearly cares about her guests. Highly recommend!

Love the comfy rooms, great fitness center, fantastic breakfast and warm cookie! This morning I woke up at home in a panic realizing I had only booked one night for an upcoming trip. I phone the hotel at 4 am and was greeted by the most delightful person, Becky. Becky was helpful and professional but she was also kind, upbeat and made me smile. It was an exceptionally pleasant exchange. I Appreciate people like Becky in this world where it is more common to confront cynicism, moodiness, and sour outlooks.
