Worst gym I can recall and I travel 90% of the time to many, many locations across the US and Canada. Very small. The rest of the hotel is nice. Inviting, warm and comfy. The breakfast was really good, one of the best I have had at a hotel. Great staff in the restaurant. Location is great, I love staying in hotels on the Bay in the off season.

Most staff, especially the valet folk, were friendly but we were not asked how our stay was upon check out. Staff started cleaning around 9am and were very loud. We also had zero hot water for showers this morning. Overall, stay was okay.

There really isn't anything bad to say about this hotel. The only cons I can conjure up is that the elevators are extremely slow, and the handle to the shower was loose and sometimes hard to keep in place. And I do wish there was a light over the shower itself. Otherwise, the service, room, and location is amazing! The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. They let you take as many free water bottles as you'd like. They even have umbrellas to borrow if need be. The room was big and had a microwave and fridge. The hotel is located on the other side of the street from the water and is just steps away from the downtown life.

Probably one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the rooms and common areas are super clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for walking to the main attractions. The water view rooms are so worth it if you can wake up in time to see the sun rise over the water! What set this hotel apart for me were the little touches, like warm cookies and hot cider in the evening with a guitarist playing soft music in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved the location of the hotel! Housekeeping was amazing, we stayed for three nights, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided each day, which you don’t see often anymore after Covid. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hot cider in the evenings was such a thoughtful and cozy touch after walking around during the cool hours. Highly recommend this hotel!
