- SJSummer JirjisOct 12, 20252.0I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for many years because I’ve always appreciated the bedding quality and overall cleanliness of Hilton hotels. Unfortunately, this location failed me in two areas the pool area and the bar service. The pool was disgusting full of hair, with guests eating and drinking around the pool, and food and garbage on the floor. It did not meet Hilton’s usual standards of cleanliness or presentation. Later, I decided to enjoy a drink at the bar. When I arrived, I was the only guest there. After finishing my first drink, a few other guests showed up and ordered. Despite my empty glass sitting in front of the bartender for about 15 minutes, she ignored me and went to serve other clients on the far side of the bar. The only reason seemed to be that she was more interested in continuing personal conversations about herself than providing attentive service. I’ve always held Hilton hotels in high regard, but this visit was disappointing and well below expectations.

The only thing good about it was the friendly staff, but the rooms were dirty, things were broken (including entry to the room and they just told us to use our shoulder to get in), there was hair all over the pillow cases, and the AC unit kept making a loud and awful noise randomly throughout the night. Did not get a good nights sleep and did not enjoy my stay at all. Spend your money elsewhere
