I would have liked more space to put toiletries in the shower (it seems like they were there in the past by the marks). The breakfast did the job, but I would have liked to see actual plates and utensils instead of single-use plates and cutlery! Overall would recommend.

All staff, valet and management were beyond accommodating. I will be happy to stay here each time I visit Portland. We had to modify our trio dramatically and the GM, Jeremy, and the hotel staff, Ken, were very helpful in getting everything correct with my Hilton Honors account. Great customer service, thank you!

We encountered 1 issue of the heat not working in our room on our last night, but they made it right. Valet is a bit expensive compared to the rooms and there aren't much for other options.
