Ate at both the restaurants, Luna and Salt Yard and both have fantastic food. Easy parking at the fish pier lot across the street. Definitely recommend!

Later, I called customer service to modify my reservation to one night. They contacted the hotel manager, who agreed to honor my original rate and adjust the booking accordingly. Unfortunately, that never happened. When I followed up, the hotel refused to honor their commitment, and the general manager wouldn’t even speak with me. Their customer service is terrible and completely unreliable. Being an Honors member clearly means nothing to them. Why spend your hard-earned money here when they can’t stand by their own promises? It’s not like their rooms are inexpensive. Truly a shameful experience, good luck dealing with future cancellations during the shutdown.

Even the valet service was outstanding. Antonio is the best. The front desk staff was wonderful and thoughtful. We absolutely loved the rooftop. Do yourself a favor and give this place a look. It was wonderful.
- EBEmmanuel BagirovOct 20, 20255.0This hotel is located in the downtown area of Portland Maine. There is a restaurant and cafe on the first floor with plenty of gender-neutral bathrooms. As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a Waterfront view which I greatly appreciated. The bathroom had a nice spacious tub and there was also a glass door shower. The bathroom also had two doors, one dividing the bathroom with the rest of the room and the room dividing itself from the door hallway. This ensured extra privacy when staying with a guest. I highly recommend this hotel due to the courteous staff and convenient location. The cafe and restaurant also greatly impressed me. You cannot go wrong staying here.
