- GWGarrett WebbDec 19, 20255.0Very first time to Maine. I’ve stayed in this chain of hotels before, but I’ve never gotten this kind of service. Hands down one of my best hotel experiences! Check in was easy. Carrie and Ivey were very helpful at the front desk! 10/10 🌟 My room was a king suite with the kitchen, even had a dishwasher, full glassware, full size fridge with a garbage disposal. (Never seen that before) It was CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Highly reccomend this place. From what I can tell, this is a good location too. I flew in, and had a quick drive to this hotel from the airport.

- ASA SNov 23, 20253.0Perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were unable to plug anything into the bathroom outlet without tripping the breaker. Many times we called the front desk and no one answered the phone so we would have to go down there to let them know the breaker was tripped and we had no electricity. We also stayed for 4 nights and never received any house keeping services. No replenishing of the coffee or linens. First hotel I have ever stayed at where this didn't occur. We also found a dirty sock in one of our beds, telling me the sheets were not cleaned before our stay. Will not stay at this location again. Never had a problem with Hilton hotels in the past, this one didn't live up to the brand.

Sarah at the receptionist desk not only performed her duty with excellence she went above and beyond at even representing Bangor as a whole. Home2 is near the airport where I had flown into for the night for work. I was curious about the hockey game which little did I know was a sold out game. There were only 4, 1 seat tickets available. She gave great advice on how to possibly get other tickets through locals so my coworkers could sit next to me. She not only advised on the tickets and was proficient upon checking us in, but as well as, came through with a pair of locals season tickets to give to me and my coworker so we could sit next to each other and get the Maine hockey game experience. Yes, gave them with no expectations of payment. Thank thank thank you, Sarah!!!!
