I have been a Diamond member for several years and typically stay in Hilton hotels over 100 nights per year. I am not exaggerating when I say that this was one of the biggest surprises I have had in a while! We have stayed at this hotel each year we come back home for the holidays, and this was BY FAR the best experience yet. The facility was fantastic, but the staff was absolutely incredible.
Gibby, at the front desk may be the most professional and friendliest person that Hilton has! I could write an entire review on just him alone! You all need to hang on to him, as he makes the stay truly rewarding!
Samantha, in the restaurant was another fantastic employee! Because of her, we opted to eat at the hotel just due to the service and enjoyment she provided.
Brian in the maintenance department actually helped us clean off our vehicles during an unexpected snowstorm that we were unequipped for. He is an absolute gem of an employee!
The leadership team at this location deserves a ton of credit for how they have transformed this hotel! Will 100% only stay here every time we come back to Maine!!!

Stayed 2 nights and had fun until a team member named Ryan who was wearing a black mask asked his coworker to tell us we couldn't finish an adult beverage in the lobby while watching the football game. When we asked him why he stated it was Hiltons policy. Yet, they sell alcohol at the bar and at the regular shop to drink at the location. The staff the nights before had no problem with us hanging out casually watching games and even provided us the remote control. Ryan walked in for his shift and you could tell the vibe changed and the other staff was uncomfortable and ready to leave. I dont recommend staying here as I am a diamond hilton member and never received this negative treatment.
