You don’t not charge for washcloths that are “stained”. It’s a white washcloth that should be expected. As a business that’s apart of the cost. Maybe this hotel should take notes from other hotels who offer a black makeup rag.

I contacted management about it both times but they did not come and even make the bed after I brought it to their attention. They ignored my requests for fresh sheets.So if you stay here, check the beds to make sure that they have been changed from the previous guest. There is also no microwave in the room or even on each floor. You have to go to the lobby to heat your items or even have some popcorn.

My husband went back down to the front desk and was given no explanation and told someone would be up to look at AC. He was at that time given 2 box fans as a solution. No one ever came to check the AC. It was hard to sleep the room was so hot. We checked out as soon as we woke up at 7am just to be out of that hot box.
