The only thing that bothered me was when I asked for room service to clean my room on my second day they did not show up to 7:15pm. Then it was to late to change the bed. But overall my stay was awesome again the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. And the rooms are clean and big. So using the Hilton app is a real good addition I used my digital key and using the remote on my phone. When I come back to do more courses I will be back there to stay.

The unwelcome reception starts at checking when we assigned 3rd floor then we were told to move down to second for. Pleaded to stay because we have two little kids if we can stay but were told no. No option but to move. Then on check out, Mr Patel ( Hiral Patel) met us at the front desk and asked us , " what did you do to the ..." forgot the term but I went up to check and he was meant one of the linens. Went down and told him sorry I really dont know but there is red spots and remember I have two little kids. Then he said it does not matter you guys have to pay $50. It was not a pleasant stay, poor customer service and won't recommend this hotel and service crew.
