I must pay tribute to Timothy Yearwood, customer service. Not only was he always smiling and kind, but he helped me (I'm a dinosaur when it comes to technology.) I couldn't get my boarding pass to load on my phone, so he found a way to print it off for me. This relieved a lot of travel anxiety for me. This is the kind of service I expect from Hilton! Thank you Timothy!

I have been staying this place every week for the past couple of months without any incidents up until today. I found that I was charged extra $20 on my card. I called the hotel to inquire for the mysterious fee. AJ who answered the phone said that the house keeping found one missing hanger in my room after I checked out. I told him that was a wrong claim that been made because I didn't take it. He said it could be handled at corporation level. He transferred me to the corporation. I spoke with them. But they said such matter should be handled at the property site. I called AJ back at the hotel. He was careless and said “You have to pay $20 for the missing hanger because of discrepancy that the house keeping found.” I asked to talk with the general manager at the site. Then he was like “ I don't know when he is available and he runs two sites. Thee is nothing I can do. You just have to pay for it.” then he hung up on me. I am VERY unhappy about the way matters were handled. At the same time I don't feel safe staying at the hotel again. If, for some reason, similar incidents happen, I am going to be accountable without evidence and pay for whatever although I do not cause issues. It is just because they found discrepancy. I won't use this hotel any more

Why does only one elevator work. I been here almost two weeks and its been down the whole time. I asked a staff member and they were quick to ignore the question. And the one elevator that works is very shady. Like it will get to a floor to high then have to lower again, shakes it's very unnerving.
House keeping is good. I'm just not the biggest fan of them getting to my room at 5 pm.
I do like the size of the room and amenities. And all the counter space and shelves.
Front desk is friendly
The free breakfast seems lacking compared to previous visits from different locations and other similar hotels.

This is our 3rd trip to Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2 years. My wife had a stroke, and their care is amazing! The first trip we stayed at the Residence Inn next to the hospital. Big mistake! The last 2 trips we stayed here. It is a 15 to 20 minute drive to Johns Hopkins but well worth it. The hotel is clean, up to date, not congested and the White Marsh area is safe, clean and has plenty of shops and restaurants. More importantly, the staff is amazing. Timothy, Judy, AJ, Tedd & Shanel are always pleasant and eager to help! It is not fun to be away from home for a month, but these people make us feel welcomed. If you have a family member being treated at Johns Hopkins, I would definitely recommend staying here.
