- MMMarieSep 13, 20251.0The microwave, mini refrigerator, some electrical outlets and phone ports do not work, front door does not close and needs a foot to push it open and shut. TV does not turn on. No one at the front desk is helpful...don't have a clue how to get help to fix these items. Manager not on site. Carraba's Restaurant in front of the hotel had their trash emptied at 2:30 AM. That was right under our window as the back of their restaurant is right at the windows of the hotel. They emptied 4 containers at 2:30 AM!!!!!! Breakfast items run out fast and are not replaced often! Horrible experience and not worth the price they charge for this room!!
