I would definitely recommend and will be coming back when I have the chance!

TV does not turn on. No one at the front desk is helpful...don't have a clue how to get help to fix these items. Manager not on site. Carraba's Restaurant in front of the hotel had their trash emptied at 2:30 AM. That was right under our window as the back of their restaurant is right at the windows of the hotel. They emptied 4 containers at 2:30 AM!!!!!! Breakfast items run out fast and are not replaced often! Horrible experience and not worth the price they charge for this room!!

We had an issue upon our way to the hotel with getting an accessible room reservations made a mistake and didn’t put on the reservation the room we needed. We called the hotel spoke with a young lady name Robin and can I tell you how much I appreciated her patience and professionalism and the magic she worked for us to get this room! We were in desperate need of it and she stayed on the phone with us until it was a done. I absolutely love love love the hospitality she had with us! I usually only do Marriott but after that graceful help?? Yes I’m definitely signing up to be a Hilton honors member! I’ll never forget that! We will definitely come back for Ms. Robin! Lovely young lady! Thank You Robin!
