Her positive attitude and attention to detail made a real difference in my experience. She is a huge asset to the Hampton Inn Towson and the perfect example of excellent hospitality.

Check in was frustrating since there was a discrepancy with the site used to book and the hotel which resulted in my having to pay twice and having to go back and forth with the check in lady who was not concerned at all with the inconvenience and poor communication. I asked for a receipt or a break down of what I was paying before I paid with my card and was told that wouldn’t be possible until I checked out. I should be able to receive a receipt or something showing what my card is paying for prior to check out though. Over all they were unconcerned and unhelpful. The location is great. The parking is horrible. $20 a day for parking is insane and makes the experience less than desirable. They serve a solid breakfast. The hair dryer was broken but over all the rooms are decent and clean. I think I will try a different hotel next time though.
