Stayed here recently and would say it’s just okay. In case anyone else is wondering about the pool (I looked for reviews on this before booking), it says it’s heated but I would say it’s warm-ish. It’s definitely not ice water, but my kids were shivering after about 10 minutes, so if you’re booking with the purpose of swimming, keep that in mind.
Pros: The front desk staff was wonderful. I didn’t catch their names but both check in and check out staff were personable and friendly.
The pool area seemed to be well maintained and clean.
Cons: The cleaning of the rooms and laundry facility needs some real attention to detail. Upon getting into the room, I noticed that there were some leftover command tape strips hanging off the ceiling above the bed (cringe) and there was a perfume/oil roller thing left on the floor from a previous guest as well.
The hotel offers free use of washers and dryers; however, the condition of the washers are gross. There was animal hair, grime, and even a push pin or nail of some sort in the washer. I think it’s a pet friendly hotel, so that’s probably why there’s animal hair, but it doesn’t appear that the washers are cleaned or maintained much at all.
The breakfast waffle batter was gross. I’m not sure how the waffle batter is mixed/prepared put into the dispenser, but it came out with part watery/part batter/separated oil looking grossness.
Overall, the stay was okay.

Convenient to 83 and a number of shops, rooms themselves are fine. Pricing reasonable for the area. The service is very pleasant but the hotel is maybe not as well organized as it could be. An undisclosed renovation started while we were staying and made it especially difficult to leave, dust and paint chemicals everywhere, doing work on the wall facades right by the elevators including stepping off the elevator right into a woman on a ladder. I'm pregnant and did not want to breathe in that dust/chemicals and as it is all the luggage carts are coated with it, I'll have to fully detail my car and belongings to avoid bringing construction dust inside. There was also a small kitchen fire during our stay that woke us up while we were sleeping and hotel staff communication was unclear. Lastly, staff said they could have someone bring a luggage cart to our room but did not and this wasted valuable time leaving hotel with my toddler, we ended up missing a scheduled event as a result of the time spent waiting. Staff downstairs were only decorating for Christmas, this is disappointing as well. Would probably stay again but not until they work that stuff out.

Rooms are set up weird and screw any hotel that doesn’t offer a freakin microwave in the room. Seems to be a thing with Hilton now. Going down in quality for sure.

Clean modern rooms. Dog friendly rooms and a large area to walk my doggy. Helpful staff. Call the hotel directly to book, as pricing is inflated online. Ms Latasha at the front desk is very efficient, supportive and endearing. A convenient location and nicely quiet for its location in the middle of a high-traffic business area. Chili's is close by, but go a tiny bit further to Mother's North for great take out -- suggestion compliments of Ms Latasha.

In the process of renovating the hotel. Afternoon and overnight shift people weren’t the friendliest people. Breakfast people kept to themselves. Been using the Hampton brand for over 3 decades. Unfortunately the brand is changing and not for the better.
