Only complaint was house keeping did not clean every other day and did not fill up shower soap. Also some guest had halls smelling like weed.

Went down to work at the Operation Christmas Child processing center 15min away and it was perfect. It was more than 10 of us including my church family. We all loved it! - DWD WNov 16, 20255.0Good morning, thank you for acknowledging our concerns since our last visi/review. We have since returned to home 2 suites in owning mills. This experience was 100% better . Mr. Howard, GM listened to our complaints, concerns and apologized and stated that this is not how home 2 suites wants you to feel whole staying at their establishment. We agreed. We travel from NY and always look forward to staying at this particular hotel. We originally came down for three nights, however, we extended our trip. We would like to point out and show recognitions to Heidee and Ellysie, from the front desk staff for always greeting us with a smile and making our stat pleasant. Thank you Mr. Howard, you have restored our faith in this hotel again. We look forward to our next visit to Hime 2 suites in Ownings Mills, MD.
