- DWD WNov 16, 20255.0Good morning, thank you for acknowledging our concerns since our last visi/review. We have since returned to home 2 suites in owning mills. This experience was 100% better . Mr. Howard, GM listened to our complaints, concerns and apologized and stated that this is not how home 2 suites wants you to feel whole staying at their establishment. We agreed. We travel from NY and always look forward to staying at this particular hotel. We originally came down for three nights, however, we extended our trip. We would like to point out and show recognitions to Heidee and Ellysie, from the front desk staff for always greeting us with a smile and making our stat pleasant. Thank you Mr. Howard, you have restored our faith in this hotel again. We look forward to our next visit to Hime 2 suites in Ownings Mills, MD.

I already spent over $4,000 of my own$. The next day another $252.00 was taken out also. Went to speak to the manger about this situation. " He said this is for the extra taxes for your stay. And also this is how hotels run. The next my husband went to talk to the manger was nice and polite ask what are these extra charges. And the manger said taxes for the room. My husband we don't owe you any $. So my husband threatened to call the police and the manger said your being very disrespectful and said pack your things and leave. So we packedup are things and we were getting ready to leave checked both are debitcardshad a 360.00 and a 190.00 charge. We went to talk to the manger again he said you won't revive any of your $ back. After we left tried reporting fraudulent charges against this hotel and fixed the issue. Beware of this hotel. I will never stay here again.
