    During my first stay at this property, I was initially surprised by the décor from the elevator through the hallway and into the room, as it did not reflect the top-tier Hilton experience I am accustomed to. However, the in-room jacuzzi was enjoyable and ultimately overshadowed my initial concerns, which led me to book a return stay this past weekend specifically for that feature. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that was not properly cleaned. By the time I entered the room, my son had already brought in our belongings, and I was extremely exhausted. I sprayed the bedding and laid down, only to later notice hair throughout the bathroom, including on the walls and in the shower. At that point, it felt too late to address the issue with staff. The room also appeared noticeably smaller than my previous one, though I initially brushed that aside. On Saturday afternoon, between approximately 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, there was significant noise disturbance from loud music. I later learned this was due to a scheduled event taking place in a room directly above ours. I had booked this stay specifically to rest, so the prolonged noise was very disruptive. When I contacted the front desk, I was offered complimentary breakfast vouchers as compensation, which I declined, as neither my son nor I were interested in the breakfast options based on our prior experience. I was particularly frustrated that guests were placed in rooms beneath a known event without any prior notice or accommodation planning. To add to the disappointment, I was unable to use the jacuzzi during this stay because it was dirty. While I understand that other guests may have contributed to the condition of the water, the overall experience left me extremely dissatisfied. In summary, this location does not reflect the quality or luxury typically associated with the Hilton brand. Once past the lobby, the hotel feels very standard, with nothing particularly upscale or memorable about the property. This stay has made me reconsider returning in the future, and I would advise others not to rely solely on the brand name when booking this location.

    Had a very nice stay at this hotel it is very convenient close to business and shopping within walking distance if you need something the staff was wonderful and pleasant there is a daily breakfast available the gym is somewhat small but very convenient and the pool and hot tub are available for use.

    This place has cockroaches! We stayed here for my parents anniversary and after a 9 hour drive in snowy weather, we were looking forward to some rest. You can imagine our dismay when my wife came out of the shower to see roaches in our bathroom! I ran downstairs and told the front desk clerk. She was very kind and had us move rooms to another on the 5th floor. We thought the roaches debacle was behind us but boy were we mistaken. More roaches waiting for us in the other room! We discovered the second bunch of roaches around 11pm so we had to wake our sleeping infant, pack up his pack and play and then go get a room at the Marriott. This place needs some fumigation. Staff is incredibly friendly but this was brutal. Never again.
