    At the time during our stay the noise level was unacceptable. People running around and yelling all through the night were definitely not considerate of the other guests that were staying there.

    We were there for a wedding October 10-12.. First our room was put on my sister’s Credit card - When we went to check in - The Hilton refused us because they needed sisters credit card to allow us In to Room, Even though it was explained when appointment was made.. again my sister was paying for a few rooms … she was still driving so we had to wait an hour for her to arrive.,, Finally sister arrived and there were NO Luggage racks on wheels to help get luggage to our rooms… so we had to carry everything up and it took us 8 trips up to 3rd floor. - at 60 years old .. the girls at front desk just stared at us and laughed … On about out third or fourth trip we heard and watch the customer service staff and a customer arguing that staff hung up on the customer ….. everyone was watching - still no help or explanation on luggage carts .. Then we get up stairs to take a shower to learn there were only 2 towels for 4 people there is NO fan in bathroom and the steam makes it hard to even breathe,, How can a bathroom have no damn Fan ???? It was a room - but WOW a smile, and concern goes a long way

    The stay at this location was the worst that I’ve ever had. For the entire night, there was a group of people who were loud, unruly, and rowdy throughout the night of Saturday, October 11th. They were a group (that also included children that occupied the rooms above my own) that were very disruptive (running through the rooms, stomping and jumping on the floors, screaming and yelling) throughout the ENTIRE night - the noise above the 5th floor and outside in the front parking lot went on from 9pm all the way up until 3AM! Attempts to contact the front desk to notify them about the behavior went unanswered, even attempts to contact the staff via the Hilton app went unanswered. There are previous reports about these occurrences that state that the staff members may be part of these groups - which definitely seems to ring true. The teams that you have working your establishment should address disruptions to guests stays. They should be responsive to reports and actually answer the phone when called. Instead of allowing them to step away from the front desk for hours at a time, they should be monitoring the lobby and area outside of the hotel so that rowdy crowds aren’t congregating and causing disturbances. With the amount of money paid for the room, you would expect to have a full nights sleep without a night full of turmoil and noise. I will never stay at this location and would never recommend it for anyone else to stay.
