We booked a hotel at 11:30am. Same day just for 1 night. We were very tired and not feeling well and had no where else to go. The hotel was not sold out and we needed a room immediately. So we had to sleep in our car from 11:30am to until they called us and they didn’t call us even at 3pm which is when checkout starts and I had to call them.

I needed a room to rest up for a couple of nights. This hotel is awesome. There's plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hot breakfast is very nice. The staff is really nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my familyandfriends.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good, nothing great. Pool needed to be clean. Green algae all over the steps and the tiles in the pool were slimy. Rooms were clean, but the bed were rock HARD and felt like cheap mattresses. It would of been softer to sleep on the carpet. Combined with pillows that deflected as you sleep layed on them, was up every hour in tousing amd turning in pain. Unfortunately, a big part of staying at a hotel is sleep. They fix this issue and the pool, would of been a 4.5 star rating.

It wasn't really a vacation for us, we had to leave our home for 24+ hours. We wanted somewhere clean, safe, petfriendly and close to home. I made our reservations weeks ahead online. The app made it easy to check in and out. We just had to sign a form for the dog before heading to the room. All the staff at the front desk were helpful. I was glad the 1st room i reserved was a suite, though not really. It was just a slightly wider room with a couch. We reserved that so we had somewhere to hang the 1st morning before the other rooms were ready. It wasn't quite what I expected but gave us more room than the queen doubles.
