Alfredo at the front desk was exceptional and Miguel at the restaurant. Rooms are cleaned and well Maintained with options for a peloton in room.

The desk receptionist was so rude. She told us that it’s for guest or restaurant patrons. How is that going to make us want to step foot back into this place!

He fixed the heat...took him 30 minutes. However it only stayed fixed for an hour after he left. Within an hour it was cold again. At that point I just said forget it, as it was late at night my last night. Very disappointing for Hilton.

The service was top-notch throughout our stay, but the Front Desk team truly stood out. Kay, Bri, and Nick went above and beyond to support our entire wedding party with warm smiles, helpful information, and genuine kindness. They made everyone feel welcomed and cared for. If you’re visiting the Bethesda or Rockville area, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You’ll be greeted by the relaxing scent of eucalyptus, enjoy modern and comfortable rooms, and experience outstanding service from start to finish. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.
