- RMRichard MeierOct 20, 20251.0I travel alot and stay at only hilton brand hotels. This is one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at. I stayed here from Thursday to Monday. First off Right after check in my key card did not work. Then we entered the room and the thermostat was not working. Maintenance came up and replaced the batteries. Then looking at bedroom doors and other painted surfaces you could tell hotel was not well kept with the doors looking like wolverine was just in there with claw marks painted over, bathroom ceiling cracked and peeling. Then noticed carpet folded up in the corner. Then went to take a shower and found out house keeping is not the best as a dry crusty stiff wash cloth was still in the shower from previous guests and the shower head broken plus handle wad damaged. On night 2 the furance cover fell off at 5am in the morning waking us up and scaring all of us. By our last night here we got back to the hotel late just to find out our a/c stopped working and seen how the cover fell off i looked at the furance and saw it was a huge ice block the hole furance froze over. I went down to talk with the front desk late at night tired and to explain to her how our room was and she refused to talk to me without my id. Didn't even want to here me explain all the issue at all. To be honest hilton needs to take there name and brand off this hotel because this is not a hilton experience.
